What are Co-Ownership Fees?
Some Bingo Equipment is regulated by the State of Missouri. The Gaming Commission says that any group hosting Bingo must share in the ownership of this equipment.
As part of the licensing process Co-Ownership Agreements will be executed and a copy given to the State of Missouri. This agreement will identify the Bingo Equipment and its current value. All organizations that host bingo at Northland Bingo are party to the Co-Ownership agreement.
The terms of the agreement are very fair, including a provision to have your share bought back should you leave. Normally the existing hosts will agree to amortize the cost of the buy-in amount for up to a year.
